CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT- Operations Executive

Description:   Your responsibilities will attending to customer complaints , ensuring transactions are appropriately carried out, and compiling financial statements. Ideally you will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, can work under pressure and can co-ordinate others…

Job Requirements:   The ideal applicant will have:-

  • At least 2 years of work experience as a sales person.
  • an Outgoing personality ,be able to connect with people and negotiate
  • Positive attitude,team spirit and a willingness to learn
  • OND/HND qualifications
  • WASSCE /NECO results with a minimum of 5 credits

Description:  Your responsibilities will include conducting withdrawals and deposits on client accounts, conducting “end of day” account appraisals, and processing transaction requests from bridgeway’s online features. You will also work with operations officers providing them transaction information where necessary.

Job Requirements:   The ideal applicant will have:-

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a teller role.
  • Good with figures, ability to multi-task and an inviting personality.
  • meticulous ,analytical and hard working.
  • OND/HND qualifications
  • WASSCE /NECO results with a minimum of 5 credits
