Civil Defence Recruitment Application Form

This is to notify the general public and all Nigerians interested in working with the NSCDC that the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps has commenced mass recruitment into various Cadres in the service. Qualified Nigerians are expected to submit their application forms online before the application deadline. See program recruitment details below.

List of Available Positions in Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps Recruitment 2022

The list of vacant positions in Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Board (CDCFIB) recruitment 2022 is grouped into different categories and each category has its sub-positions.

GENERAL DUTY: CATEGORY A

Inspectorate Cadre
Inspector of Corps (IC) CONPASS 07
Assistant Inspector of Corps (AIC) CONPASS 06

ASSISTANT CADRE: CATEGORY B

Corps Assistant (CALI) 04
Corps Assistant (CA III) CONPASS 03

DRIVERS/MECHANICS/ARTISANS: CATEGORY C

Corps Assistant (CA II) CONPASS 04
Corps Assistant (CA III) 03

Requirements for General Duty: Category A

Inspectorate Cadre
Inspector of Corps (IC) CONPASS 07

Applicants must be holders of NCE or its equivalent in any related field, obtained from any recognized institution.

Assistant Inspector of Corps (AIC) CONPASS 06

Applicants must be holders of National Diploma (ND) in any related field, obtained from any recognized Polytechnic/Institution.

Requirements for Assistant Cadre: Category B

Corps Assistant (CALI) 04

Applicants must be holders of GCE Ordinary level, SSCE/NECO, or other equivalents with a maximum of five (5) credits in not more than two sittings, which should include English and Mathematics.

Corps Assistant (CA III) CONPASS 03

Applicants must be holders of GCE Ordinary level, SSCE/NECO or their equivalents with a minimum of five (5) credits in not more than two sittings which should include at least English and Mathematics or Trade Test Grade III (Artisans, Motor Driver Mechanics, Auto Electricals, Plumbers, Carpenters, etc.)

Requirements for Drivers/Mechanics/Artisans: Category C

Corps Assistant (CA II) CONPASS 04

Applicants must be holders of Trade Test Grade II (Motor Driver Mechanics, Auto Electricians, etc).

Corps Assistant (CA III) 03

Applicants must be holders of Trade Test Grade III (Motor Driver Mechanics, Auto Electricians, etc).
Note: National Driver’s License is required for all prospective drivers.

General Requirements for Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Recruitment 2022

Interested candidates for this recruitment are to meet these requirements;

You must be a Nigerian by birth.
You must have the required qualifications and certificates for the position you wish to apply for. Only certificates or qualifications presented and accepted at the recruitment centre shall be accepted after the recruitment.
You must be physically and mentally fit and present a certificate of medical fitness from recognized Government Hospital.
You must be of good character, and must not have been convicted of a criminal offense.
You must not be a member of a secret society, Cult or Drug Addict, etc.
You must not be financially embarrassed.
You should be between the age of 18 and 30 years
Your height must not be less than 1.65m for males and 1.60m for females.
Your chest measurement must not be less than 0.87 for men.
Being Computer Literate will be an added advantage
